Reschedules :
It is understood that even after you have done everything to make sure you have a solid show and sit down with the homeowner, there are going to be a few incidences which will impact your show percentage.
What do you do?
Well, you have :
- Called and set up the appointment
- Called and confirmed the appointment
- Confirmed the appointment by email
In the case of a reschedule (one legger), the Solar Consultant can reschedule the appointment. That appointment will then be sent back to our confirmation department and MMS will be responsible to confirm the appointment the day before the appointment date.
All other reschedules will be handled by the Confirmation Department. These reschedules can be taken from the excel spreadsheet that contains results that are taken from each appointment.
It is expected that results are communicated by email the day after the appointment is run.
